01 / START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW

What do your customers need to know?

Paste your page copy or notes. We’ll suggest questions and pull possible answers from your text. Edit the answers, then choose which ones to include.

Include what you sell, who it’s for, what’s included, pricing and how customers get started. Short sentences work best.

You can add more questions and answers below.

02 / MAKE EACH ANSWER USEFUL

Make the answers your own.

Edit each answer, then tick the box to include it in your FAQ. If you change it later, tick the box again. Write in plain text; line breaks will carry through.

Questions about who it’s for and what’s included work well beside your product or service description. Put questions about price, delivery and cancellation near pricing or your enquiry form.

03 / PREVIEW THE PUBLISHED FAQ

Here’s your FAQ.

04 / TAKE IT TO YOUR PAGE

Ready to add it to your website?

Add the address of the page where you’ll publish these answers, or leave it blank for now.

How do I use these files?
  1. Add the answers to your page. Copy the text into your editor, or paste the WordPress blocks into WordPress’s Code editor.
  2. Add the matching schema if you need it. Schema is code that describes the questions and answers on your page. Give the schema export to whoever manages your website. If your SEO plugin already adds FAQ schema, use its version so you don’t add it twice.
  3. Keep both versions up to date. When you change an answer on your page, update its schema too. You can check the code with Schema.org Validator.

Google no longer shows FAQ rich results in search.
