SEO pricing packages focused onfaster break-even

We do not stop at strategies, briefs or Google Docs. Phrase It decides what should be created or improved, completes the work, publishes it correctly, monitors the website and checks that technical fixes actually work. Choose the pace that fits your opportunity, competition and growth target.

Book a strategy call →All managed SEO packages begin with a 90-day engagement. No contracts.

Working together

Site size, technical condition, competition, content volume, and implementation ownership change the scope. The package gives us a starting point; the quote makes it specific.

01

Month one: decide where growth should come from

We establish the baseline, assess the website and identify the pages, technical problems and search opportunities that matter most commercially.

02

Month two: implement the first priorities

We create, improve and publish the agreed pages, address the highest-priority technical work and verify the live implementation.

03

Month three: measure, adjust and expand

We evaluate what changed, improve the work where necessary and build the next 90-day plan around the strongest evidence.

One SEO system. Three speeds.

Every package includes senior SEO strategy, hands-on execution, WordPress publishing, technical oversight, Google and AI-search tracking, and live-page quality assurance. The difference is how many pages and technical priorities we can move each month.

SEO Addons

Keep the packages clean. Scope the complexity separately.

Add specialist work only when the site, platform, or growth plan genuinely needs it.

Additional SEO pages

Need to move faster for a launch, seasonal opportunity or new product line? Available in any quantity. Each additional page receives the same research, writing, optimization, publishing and live-page QA as the pages included in your package.

$250

Page Speed Optimization Add-on

Monitoring and diagnosis are included in managed SEO. Substantial performance implementation is a separate project. For common image, caching, font, script and asset-delivery problems that do not require extensive custom development.

From $1,500 one-time

Advanced or WooCommerce performance fix

For stores, complex page builders, slow templates, database issues, third-party scripts and performance problems affecting dynamic pages. We review the website before confirming the appropriate scope.

From $2,500 one-time

Authority and digital PR

Some competitive markets cannot be won through on-site work alone. Where competitor analysis shows a meaningful authority gap, we will recommend a separate link acquisition, digital PR or original-research budget. We will explain why it is necessary before asking you to invest in it.

Campaigns from $1,500, excluding approved third-party costs.

Price follows complexity, output, and ownership.

Before sending a proposal, we check what must be solved and how much of the execution Phrase It will own.

01

Site size and architecture

A focused service site and an ecommerce store with thousands of indexable URLs do not require the same review or implementation effort.

02

Technical condition

Indexing problems, migrations, JavaScript rendering, slow templates, and legacy URL decisions can add specialist work.

03

Market competition

Competitive commercial searches usually require deeper content, stronger authority, and a longer execution horizon.

04

Content output

Strategy and briefs are different from writing, editing, publishing, and refreshing a larger monthly volume.

05

Implementation ownership

The scope changes depending on whether your team ships the work or Phrase It coordinates and QA-checks implementation.

What counts as an SEO page?

An SEO page is one URL taken from opportunity to publication and live-page quality assurance.

It can be:

  • A new blog post
  • A new service or landing page
  • A new category or collection page
  • A comparison or decision page
  • A substantial rewrite of an underperforming page
  • A refresh of content that has lost rankings
  • A consolidation of competing or cannibalizing pages

We do not create new pages simply to fill a quota. Phrase It decides whether creating, improving or consolidating content offers the strongest opportunity.

Every completed SEO page includes

  • Search-intent and keyword research
  • Competitor review
  • Writing or substantial rewriting
  • Title tag and meta description
  • H1 and heading structure
  • URL recommendation
  • Internal links
  • Basic image and schema requirements
  • WordPress publishing
  • Desktop and mobile review
  • Indexability and canonical checks
  • Live-page SEO QA
  • Addition to the relevant tracking and reports

Very large original-research assets, interactive tools, custom designs and specialist-reviewed content require a separate scope.

Strategy decides the monthly mix

You are not required to order a fixed number of blogs, landing pages or updates.

If existing pages offer the fastest route to growth, we improve them. If important commercial pages are missing, we create them. If several pages compete for the same search intent, we consolidate them.

For example, eight completed SEO pages might mean:

  • Two new service pages
  • Two new supporting articles
  • Three substantial existing-page improvements
  • One cannibalization consolidation

Your proposal will show exactly what we recommend completing during the first 90 days.

Technical SEO is included

Every managed SEO package includes technical monitoring, diagnosis, developer instructions and verification.

When we find a problem, we:

  1. Establish what is happening and why it matters.
  2. Decide how urgently it needs to be addressed.
  3. Write clear implementation requirements.
  4. Implement it when it qualifies as a light fix within the package—or coordinate with your developer.
  5. Test the website after the change.

Developer tickets and light fixes

A developer ticket explains the problem, affected URLs, required change and acceptance criteria.

Three developer tickets can be exchanged for one approved light implementation by Phrase It.

Light fixes can include:

  • Redirect corrections
  • Canonical corrections
  • Indexation settings
  • Sitemap settings
  • Schema-plugin configuration
  • Internal-link changes
  • Basic template metadata corrections
  • Safe WordPress configuration changes

Custom development, theme rebuilding, complex WooCommerce work, migrations and substantial performance remediation are quoted separately.

Working together

Phrase It can take responsibility for managing the SEO program when:

  • We receive the necessary website and reporting access.
  • Pages within our scope follow the agreed publishing process.
  • Material URL and template changes are reviewed.
  • Critical technical recommendations are implemented.
  • Business approvals arrive within the agreed timeframe.

If an unresolved website problem is limiting results, we will show it clearly in reporting and recommend the appropriate next step.

We will never hide behind “that isn’t included.” We will diagnose the problem, explain its effect and give you a path to resolving it.

No mystery scope. No generic sales deck.

01

Choose the closest package

Select the level that looks closest to what you need. It is a starting point, not a commitment.

02

Share the site and goal

The form gives us enough context to review the site before recommending a scope.

03

Confirm priorities and ownership

We identify what matters first, what your team can implement, and what Phrase It should own.

04

Receive a clear proposal

The proposal states deliverables, cadence, responsibilities, price, and the signals used to evaluate the work.

Questions worth answering before you invest.

Do you only create new content?+

No. Creating more content is not always the best next step. We may substantially improve an existing page, combine competing pages, strengthen internal links or create a missing commercial page. New and existing pages use the same allocation because both require research, strategy, writing, publishing and QA.

Can we choose which pages you work on?+

You provide business priorities, product knowledge and final approval. Phrase It recommends the pages most likely to produce commercial and search progress. This is a managed service, so we do not expect you to create the SEO roadmap for us.

What if we need more content?+

Additional completed SEO pages cost $250 each. You can add individual pages or a larger production pack.

Do you publish the content?+

Yes. Where we have the necessary CMS access, Phrase It publishes and configures the pages included in your package. We then inspect the live result for metadata, URLs, headings, links, indexability, canonicals and rendering.

What if we do not have a developer?+

Phrase It can implement approved light fixes within the technical allowance of your package. Larger development work is quoted separately after we have diagnosed the problem and written the implementation requirements.

Is page-speed optimization included?+

Monitoring, diagnosis and recommendations are included. Substantial performance implementation is a separate add-on because the work varies significantly between websites.

Do unused pages roll over?+

Normally, no. Each package reserves a defined amount of strategy, production and publishing capacity every month. If an approval delay prevents a planned page from moving forward, we will redirect the available capacity to another approved priority where possible.

Can we cancel at any time?+

All packages begin with a 90-day engagement because SEO needs enough time for strategy, implementation and initial measurement. After the first 90 days, the engagement continues monthly under the agreed notice terms. But we don't impose even the first 90 days as obligation, you pay month by month.

What clients say after the work ships.

Phrase It wrote SEO content for us, and we were really pleased with the results. The content was well researched, strategically optimized for search, and written with both our audience and business goals in mind. They understood our brand quickly and delivered polished, useful content that reads naturally. The entire process was smooth and professional.
