Save an editable JSON project before closing or refreshing the page.
02 / START WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS
What do customers ask before they buy?
Choose questions that affect a decision
Is this right for me? What’s included? How much does it cost? How long will it take? Add the questions your sales and support teams hear most often.
Use facts you can stand behind
Add confirmed page copy and offer details. Check suggested answer excerpts, fill useful gaps and make sure the answer fits the question.
Approve what belongs on the page
Edit, add, remove or reorder the questions. Approve complete answers, then export the version you want visitors to read.
The tool suggests questions and extracts possible answers from your text. Your review makes the FAQ ready to use.
03 / CHOOSE YOUR EXPORT
Add your FAQ to your website.
Choose the format that fits your page editor or the person managing your website.
| Format | Useful for | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Text or Markdown | Sharing and editing the copy | Add the approved questions and answers to your document or page. |
| WordPress blocks | Editing the FAQ in Gutenberg | Paste the exported block code into the page’s Code editor. |
| HTML | Adding the visible FAQ in another editor | Give the exported HTML to whoever manages the page. |
| JSON-LD schema | Adding structured data for the FAQ | Keep it matched to the approved questions and answers visitors can read. |
| Project JSON | Continuing your work later | Save the editable project and reopen it when you want to revise the FAQ. |
04 / USE IT WELL
Questions about your FAQ
Can I start with questions and answers I already have?
Yes. Open “Already have questions and answers?”, then paste questions prefixed Q: and answers prefixed A:. Answers can span multiple lines. Review and approve the entries, or use Add a question to enter them manually.
How are the drafts created?
The tool uses a guided method in your browser to choose buyer questions and extract matching sentences from your text. It does not scan a URL or rewrite the answers with a language model. Check each excerpt and complete any research tasks before approving the answer.
Which answers appear in the export?
The preview and content and schema exports use the same approved, nonblank questions and answers. Duplicate questions are excluded. Editing a question or answer removes its approval so you can review the change.
How should I use the schema export?
Publish the approved FAQ where visitors can read it and use matching schema on that page. Check your existing SEO plugin before adding another copy of the same markup.
How do I keep an editable copy?
Save a project JSON before closing or refreshing the page. It includes your source facts, questions, notes and saved approvals, so keep it with your other working files.
05 / YOUR NEXT STEP
Make the rest of your page just as useful.
Need help choosing the right questions or explaining your offer? We can help you turn customer questions and confirmed facts into clear, useful page copy.
